DePanne - Knokke LRT interurban Covering the entire Belgian coast, the 69 km Kusttram serves several towns between France and the Netherlands. The trams, nearly 100% on private right of way, run 20 minutes apart and take about 139 minutes to do the full trip. In 1998, an extension was opened to Adenkirke. The ride itself is known for being high speed through mostly flat terrain and frequent views of the beach, with occasional but few street running sections. It is the longest tram line in the world.
