Planned light rail
Light rail in Victoria has been championed since at least 1996, but so far there are no solid plans for the proposed line. Recently, there has been talk of a heritage trolley. A vote on a light rail line which will raise propertry taxes by $ 260 per household is due to take place in 2011.
