Light metro under construction

This city of 2.2 million souls will soon be getting a 24 km, 22 station light metro. Eleven stations and 9 km will be underground. It will be run by the Mashad Urban Railway Corp. And, since Mashad is considered a holy city, the light rail line will by proxy be a holy metro.
