construction. There are also many diesel rail-bus lines throughout the country.

Firenze, the FCU,
the ACT Reggio-Emilia,
the Ferrovie della Calabria, and the FSF (Ferrovia

Whether you're the Pope (who, by the way, told me he does not have a personal subway) or the humble Corleones out for an evening stroll, Italy is a great place for metros and light rail.
