planned LRT subway

Plans for a three line light metro were recently announced in this northern Italian city.

Line A will run north-south on it's own right of way. Line B will run underground in the city center and on street level in the suburbs. A third line C will be a suburban line linking Parma to Fidenza
and Salsomaggiore. It will run on existing FS rails. A new station
will be added to serve the airport.
