How Swede It Is!

Sweden, like many western city states, got rid of most of their tram systems in the 1960's. 1967 was a particularly sad year for trams. Traffic was moved from the left side of the road to the right side, and in the process a tram holocaust ensued.

Spånka (pronounced Sponka in English) is the Swedish slang for a tramway, or Sparvag.
