Isle of Wight

BS thinks this is an Isle of Wight metro. Do you think they're wight?
It seems that this is not a subway, but it does use unwanted London tube cars due to the narrow tunnels and bridges. And though there are no stations in tunnel, I understand the above tunnel runs through town and is pretty good sized.

There is currently a proposal called Wight Rail, which includes the above rail stretch.
