tramway

"I guess that the reason for the tram crash in Lugansk I read about at this site probably was that the parts of the tram brakes were taken off and sold by some maintenance worker eager to buy a meal for his family that day... - June 10, 2004"

Lugansk's tramway, built in 1934, has 10 routes and 46 track km. Some of Russia's tramways, such as
this Moscow one, are built in Lugansk's tramway factory.
