El Reno
heritage trolley

The Heritage Express Trolley is currently the only trolley/tram in Oklahoma. The 1 mile loop line serves El Reno's downtown district and is based out of the  Canadian County Historical Museum. It opened for revenue service in 2002. El Reno is 40 miles west of Oklahoma City on route 66.

Discussion is still under way for a heritage trolleys in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, as well as light rail. Right now, however, they are just pipe dreams.
