Maracaibo Full Metro The first stage of 9.4 km Line 1 opened in November 2006. This section runs at grade and on a viaduct. The remainder of the line is expected to include 2 abve ground stations and 3  underground ones. Lines 2 and 3 are in the planning stages and are expected to comprise a 60 km network.
